- Billing & Payment
- Fees and taxes are per your subscription plan.
- Payments must be timely; late payments may incur charges or service suspension.
- Refunds are at Zest Fiber's discretion.
- Activation & Termination
- Service starts after registration, verification, and payment.
- You can terminate with written notice.
- Zest Fiber may suspend/terminate for violations, non-payment, or illegal activities.
- Service Levels & Uptime
- We strive for reliable connectivity, but uptime is not guaranteed.
- Not liable for downtime due to factors beyond control (force majeure, third-party issues, or customer equipment).
- Security & Privacy
- Customers must secure their network and devices.
- Zest Fiber uses industry-standard security but cannot guarantee complete protection.
- Personal data is managed per the Privacy Policy.
- Intellectual Property
- All service-related intellectual property remains Zest Fiber’s property.
- Customers may not copy, modify, or distribute without permission.
- Liability & Indemnity
- Zest Fiber is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
- Direct liability is limited to the amount paid in the last three months.
- Customers agree to indemnify Zest Fiber for misuse or breach of Terms.
- Changes to Terms
- Zest Fiber may update these Terms; continued use implies acceptance.
- Governing Law
- Governed by the laws of Kamrup(M) .
- Disputes are under the courts of Guwahati.
